Visionary and execution focused Senior Executive with demonstrated expertise and experience in the Financial Services industry developing data and channel strategies, business transformation, vision development and oversight of delivering value driven solutions to leverage business opportunities and cost cutting processes. As the Data Strategy and Analytics manager for Bank of the West, Vipul is responsible for the Shared Data Foundation across Finance, Risk and Treasury for Regulatory and Management reporting along with defining the data consumption strategy and model. In the Bank of the West CDO office he is also responsible for the Analytics and Reporting platforms, process automation and tool evaluations.

Pamela Armstrong was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She graduated from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, in Washington, DC and followed up with graduate work at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. Pamela also received a law degree from The American University in Washington DC and is a member of California Bar Association.

During her law studies she held several legal intern positions including at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., the DG Bank Deutsche Genossenschaftsbank in Frankfurt, Germany and at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in Washington, D.C.

Pamela began her career in the financial services industry working at Société Générale Bank, Frankfurt, Germany. Over the 11 years at SocGen she worked as an account executive in Export Finance, Multinational Corporate Finance and German subsidiaries of French corporate customers servicing all of their financial needs.   

In 1995 Pamela was hired by Franklin Templeton Investments in Frankfurt, Germany. As a senior manager she was responsible for the servicing of mutual fund shareholders, broker/dealers and financial institutions, including back office and call center activities, for northern and central Europe as well as for offshore business in the US and South America with a staff of ca. 130 in Germany, United Kingdom and  the United States.

In 2003 Pamela returned home to California and began work at FTI headquarters in San Mateo.

Initially she was responsible for the administration of alternative strategy products including coordination of all legal, compliance, tax, accounting and servicing activities both domestically and internationally. In 2005 she took on a position in the newly formed Global Portfolio and Corporate Services department where she oversaw all project activities of the investment management areas of the organization. In 2007 she helped establish the Complex Securities Review Committee and has been the Secretary of that influential committee from its creation.

In the fall of 2014 she took on the new role of VP of IMSS Project and Data Management. This new department provides expertise and leadership in project management and data management for the Investment Management division.

Jeb Avery is the Director of Investment Data Management at Janus Capital Group and has twenty years of experience in the financial services industry. He has an extensive operational background that has led to a specialization in data governance, data management tools and practices, and business intelligence.  Jeb spent many years within the operations and distribution teams at Janus and four years ago moved into the investments group.  He has led numerous business and system implementations as well as several enterprise wide data efforts.

Ms. Banks joined TCW in 2016 is the Vice President of Enterprise Data Management and has spent her career specializing in the design, implementation, and management of complex data utilized to inform investment decisions, regulatory reporting, and client reporting. She has a unique perspective that enables her to discern the root cause of an issue, and can solve on both a macro and micro level. She has utilized her skills to improve processes and efficiencies in small to large asset management firms managing in excess of $844 billion representing a myriad of asset types including Emerging Market Debt, U.S. Treasuries, Domestic and Foreign Equites, Equity Options, Derivative Products, U.S. Municipal Bonds, Annuities and Structured Products. She has hired, trained, and managed teams to oversee these processes several times in her career.  Joann has broad experience and insight in Performance Measurement standards and reporting. She possesses the knowledge and skill to design, build, implement and maintain Performance Attribution for internal and external clients utilizing Eagle STAR/Pace, Barclays Point and FactSet to that end. 
 
When Joann is not working and innovating, she spends most of her time with her husband and two daughters in their hometown of Downey, CA.

John supports the Council as Senior Advisor and Consultant, responsible for the Council’s CDO Forum and Data Management Practices. John is a senior strategy and data management executive with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Over his career, John has held various positions in supporting a firm’s data management functions. Since 2006, John has held the title of Chief Data Office in both the private and public sectors, serving as CDO for Citi and Bank of America, and holding the post of CDO for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

John Carnahan is the Executive Vice President at Ticketmaster responsible for overseeing all aspects of data science and strategy. With more than 25 years experience in software development, big/fast data computation and data science, John has held engineering and leadership positions at Overture, Yahoo, Fox Interactive Media. He joined Ticketmaster from the Rubicon Project where he was the CTO building innovative solutions in the area of computational advertising. He joined Ticketmaster to bring the power and legacy of advertising technology into the live event industry.

Since joining Ticketmaster he has built cohesive and independent teams building software in areas such as abuse prevention, distributed commerce, personalization and marketing. Mr. Carnahan has been a founding member and key contributor to many open source projects. Mr. Carnahan has been a researcher and author in a wide range of disciplines including machine learning, distributed computing and quantitative genetics for over 20 years.

Chris Charlesworth is currently the Data Governance Leader for Bank of the West. In this role he is responsible for developing and implementing the enterprise governance strategy through data standards, ownership, quality, and issue management programs.
Prior to joining Bank of the West Chris held management roles at GE Capital, DIAGEO, and Georgia Pacific, focused on data management, governance, and business intelligence.
Chris holds an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business with specializations in Strategy and Finance.

Yves Chauvin is the Director of the Investment Data Platform at AXA-IM, Rosenberg Equity. He is responsible for data processing from supplier data to data integration and for the construction of data quality tools used in computer models for asset management. He started work in Machine Learning more than 20 years ago, when Machine Learning was seen as an alternative statistical tool to extract relevant knowledge from noisy data. One current topic of interest is how recent advances in Machine Learning may change or add constraints to data processing and knowledge management in the financial industry.

Kristi Cunningham, Vice President Data Analysis at Capital One, leads the Enterprise Data Management team and Data Management Strategy and Program for the company.   As a change leader, she is instrumental in driving the organizational transformation for improving data quality and metadata practices across the enterprise.  For Kristi and the organization, it’s not just about Data Governance but more importantly the value realized through enabling analysts across the organization to more easily find trusted sources of data supporting business innovation and decisions. A core to achieving this is providing the best solutions possible across the organization which eases the management and access of the data for the data stewards and analysts across the organization.

Kristi has over 20 years of experience as a leader in Software Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and Data Management and Governance within financial services and government related organizations.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Jacksonville University and a Masters degree from Virginia Tech in Information Systems.

Cara Dailey serves as Chief Data Officer for Bank of the West, a regional financial services company headquartered in San Francisco. In her role she is focused on the bank’s data strategy to support risk and finance data integration, enterprise data governance and quality program. 
As a senior financial services executive she has extensive experience leading organizations to leverage their data as a key strategic asset.  Over the past several years she has spent her time transforming business processes into innovative solutions driving towards data management and governance practices.  In addition to that she is a subject matter expert in risk and regulatory activities such as data aggregation, stress testing, and regulatory reporting strategies.
Prior to her role at Bank of The West she was at GE Capital in various leadership roles across technology, concentrating in data management, data quality, and business intelligence.

Gidget DeLos Reyes is a Vice President and Enterprise Data Steward with 30 years of experience at MUFG Union Bank N.A.  She has held various operational and management roles with the past 5 years focused on implementing a Data Governance strategy in the Data Management Office.  These efforts include governance of Key Data Elements via policies and procedures, metadata and reference data management, data integrity rules and monitoring, issue management and process improvements. 

Barbara O. Forth leads the Information Architecture and Data Governance functions at Capital Group (CG), the home of American Funds, one of the nation’s largest actively managed mutual fund families. She joined CG in 2012 in the role of Principal Information Architect with a focus on changing the CG culture to be more data driven and quality focused. Barbara is a member of the Enterprise Architecture leadership team. CG recently completed an 18 month Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Program that established an advanced analytics platform, Data Governance (DG) and supporting Data Management capabilities.
Barbara has 25 years + of data management experience in the Financial Services industry and joined CG from Fidelity Investments in Boston. She is an accomplished Information Management leader who has delivered a wide range of IT solutions with a focus on Business Intelligence/Analytics, business and data architecture, database technology research, and large scale operations management.

Michael Gardner is a managing director and Head of Center at the BNY Mellon Innovation Center, Silicon Valley. Mike is responsible for ensuring access to the best and latest Silicon Valley expertise and technology, to supplement the company’s other innovation centers and technologists around the world. Mike leads a team of actively engaged software architects and data scientists delivering software into the BNY Mellon private cloud, and manages relationships with universities, startups, and the investment community to ensure access to best of breed emerging technology.

A Silicon Valley veteran, Mike has nearly 30 years of experience in software engineering entrpreneurship, and executive leadership. Prior employers include Borland (a well-known programming tools and database provider), eBay, LiveOps, and Apigee, where he led technology efforts to build and run the Apigee public cloud and advised on enterprise digital transformations and innovation.

David recently joined Credit Dimensions (e.g. the data practice of the Xoriant Corporation, Edison, NJ) as Principal with the goal of expanding the firm’s capabilities focused exclusively on the data governance, data quality and data remediation challenges facing financial institutions today.
For the previous two years David served as the Chief Data Governance Officer at Bank of the West (a subsidiary of BNP Paribas) responsible for launching and building a successful Data Governance function and Data Quality program for the Bank in support of its successful first CCAR submission.   David was previously a Senior Program Manager at BNY Mellon responsible for leading the firm’s Enterprise Client Data Management Program,  a strategic initiative to build a firm-wide Client Reference Data Master utility.  Prior to BNYM, he was Global Head of Counterparty Data Operations at UBS Investment Bank and he spent the early part of his career at JPMorgan Chase (and predecessor firms) in a variety of leadership roles in Counterparty Data Management, Credit & Lending Administration, Syndicated Loan Operations and Credit Risk Technology.
David earned a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania/The Wharton School and completed an MBA at City University of New York.  He was also a member of the SIFMA-led Working Group that completed the Industry-wide Requirements for a Global Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) Solution.

Jennifer Griffis is the Data Quality Program Lead of the Global Data Governance team at JLL, a financial and professional services firm that specializes in commercial real estate services and investment management. She is responsible for establishing and rolling out a global data quality program to JLL’s Corporate Solutions clients. Her responsibility includes establishing the program structure, operating model, SLA’s, data quality rules, remediation guidance, etc. Her stakeholders include global and regional data governance teams, executives, business intelligence, service lines, etc.  Prior to her current role, Jennifer was the head of the Data Governance Program of the Americas Region of Corporate Solutions at JLL. She built the team to help the clients move into RED, JLL’s strategic application platform with integration of operational systems and business intelligence. Jennifer established the data standards and data migration requirements for each client to drive financial benefit and improving customer satisfaction.

Jennifer started her career as a data analyst over 10 years ago in a fortune 200 healthcare company where she established a data quality and governance program. She rolled out clinical and patient metrics to support predictive analytics. Jennifer later joined a supply chain management team and established another ground-up data quality and governance program focused on the customer and product master data management.

Jennifer graduated from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA with a Bachelor of Science in Computer information systems. She currently lives in Denver, CO with her French and English bulldogs.

Rubie Guerrero is Senior Vice President responsible for the Data Management Group at Oaktree Capital which includes asset setups and security master data maintenance, reconciliations and pricing operations.  She has over 25 years of experience in the investment industry, managing operations such as trade processing and settlement, reconciliations, corporate actions and fund accounting.

Sue Habas,  VP of Strategic Technologies for ASG’s Enterprise Data Intelligence Suite, has over 18 years’ experience working with metadata on the buy side as a customers and the sell side as a vendor, including implementation, showcasing, and program support. She has worked to structure and drive enterprise metadata/data governance programs. Additionally, Sue has extensive support experience to sustain these initiatives within an organization. She has supported a wide range of clients, including financial, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing and e-Commerce with a general need to provide data-driven business practices. Sue is responsible for launching and guiding ASG’s Enterprise Data Intelligence solution’s superior Metadata/Data Governance technology in fresh, modern offerings that deliver excellent value for today’s challenging business demands.

Mr. Hinkelman oversees Parametric’s IT organization, including Infrastructure, Software Development, Project Management, Data Management, Security, and Business Continuity. Additionally, he is responsible for defining the firm’s IT Strategy and ensuring compliance with corporate and legal requirements for technology. Prior to joining Parametric in 2008, Andrew was a senior IT consultant and has over 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry. He has held prior positions in business intelligence, online advertising, and web analytics at Cobalt, Microsoft, and HomeGrocer.com. Andrew holds an M.S. in Engineering and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Washington.

Martin Hosseini is the Data Governance Lead at Capital Group. In his role at the Capital Group, Martin is responsible for building out data governance and data quality capabilities that effectively contribute to strategic business priorities. Additionally, he is responsible for enabling governance capabilities for data lakes, data warehouse, and analytical environments.

Prior to joining Capital Group, Martin spent 20+years helping financial services and manufacturing companies including Bank of America, Amgen, and GE. Martin holds a doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership and a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from California State University.

Mani Keeran has over 20 years of business consulting and information technology experience in the areas of strategy development, product management, business analysis, process model design, data architecture, data model design and application development. His experience spans financial services, high technology, manufacturing, telecommunication, and transportation industries. He has extensive experience in implementing rapid application development in software design, development and implementation. His recent research interests include of Lean Software Development, Knowledge Management and Ontology based enterprise modeling for both structured and semi-structured data. Mani is currently managing the Information Architecture Group for Franklin Templeton Investments. Mani has been the President and Board Member for San Francisco Data Management Association since 2008. Mani has an MBA from SUNY Buffalo’s Jacobs School of Management and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter.

Steve Krosch is Vice President of Data Architecture within the Business Applications Management group at Allianz Global Investors.  Allianz Global Investors is a diversified active investment manager with a strong parent company and a culture of risk management. With 23 offices in 17 countries, they provide global investment and research capabilities with consultative local delivery.  Steve started his career with Nicholas Applegate Capital Management in 1996.  Nicholas Applegate was later acquired by Allianz Global Investors. 

In his current role, Steve oversees a team of engineers providing software development, integration and support of data and reporting solutions for the institutional investments area.  His responsibilities also include project management and business analysis.  Steve also has a background in management and delivery of applications related to various functional groups including Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance and Operations.

Steve resides in San Diego, California and has a BS in business management from San Diego State University.

Peter Ku is responsible for Informatica's Global Financial Services industry solutions consulting practice. He is an expert in data integration, data quality, business intelligence, data warehousing, master data management and data mining technologies and has spent over 15 years helping banks and insurance companies understand how to leverage technology to accelerate business growth, comply with regulations, combat fraud and improve business efficiencies.  Mr. Ku spent six years in the credit card industry with Providian Bancorp and Visa International and five years in the residential mortgage technology industry with Dorado and Ellie Mae. Peter is a regular presenter at industry events across the globe and author of many articles related to Big Data, regulatory compliance, credit risk management, operational risk and driving customer insight and growth across the enterprise.

Marcelo Labre has more than 15 years experience in the finance sector, having worked extensively in the quantitative and data analytics space both in hands-on and leadership roles.  As current Head of Analytics and Market Data Management at OCBC Bank and Adjunct Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School, Marcelo’s initiatives focuses specially on problem solving involving predictive and prescriptive analytics as well as risk analytics and quantitative finance.  He previously held senior positions with Standard Bank and ING Bank in London, has a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a PhD in Mathematical Finance from Imperial College London.

Mike has spent the last 15+ years working in Financial Services with BlackRock. Over the last 10 years, Mike has worked on several large scale data system integrations ranging from building out web data platforms to merging large CRM systems. He is currently responsible for a team focused on data control and system integration for client and portfolio data within BlackRock.

Deepika heads the Data Quality & Reporting function at S&P Global, a leading Ratings, Data and Analytics provider in the financial services industry. She has over 18 years of experience across global financial markets in Asia and the US, in the credit risk, business and data management domains. During her 11 year tenure at S&P Global, she has worked within the Ratings and Market Intelligence business divisions, extending and enhancing products and analytical tools using high quality data sourced and managed by the data organizations within these divisions. More recently, she accepted the position to head Data Quality for the S&P Global enterprise, where her mandate is to build upon, and execute on an enterprise wide data quality & reporting framework that help drive product innovation capabilities on the foundation of quality of our data assets.

Deepika holds a bachelor's degree in engineering & technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. She is also accredited as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification by the CFA Institute.

Sourav is a is a highly driven technology delivery leader at Sapient since 2005.  He has extensive experience in defining strategies to deliver value-driven technology solutions. Multi-faceted experience from scores of client engagements – strategy through business as usual operations. Contributed in various capacities ranging from engagement management, program/project management, technology leadership, quality assurance, build and release engineering and business/technical analysis. Dan Myers (MBA, IQCP) manages enterprise data management initiatives at Farmers Insurance. This included: conducting extensive software reviews for metadata and data quality tools, authoring Farmers' Finance data governance policies for metadata management, data training, and data quality. Currently Dan is leading a data quality training program, and facilitating various employee engagement initiatives.

Previously, Dan has worked as an independent Oracle Certified Professional consultant in both front and back-end development capacities. Dan's fluency in Japanese enabled him to work in both the public and private sector in Japan. Dan speaks at various data management conferences throughout the year and founded the Conformed Dimensions of Data Quality (DimensionsOfDataQuality.com).

David Newman is Strategic Planning Manager, Senior Vice President, Innovation Group at Wells Fargo Bank.  David also chairs the Semantic Technology program for the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Council and leads the Council’s efforts to develop ontologies for the financial industry known as the Financial Industry Business Ontology (FIBO).  FIBO is a free and open source ontology that semantically describes business entities, derivatives, securities, loans, corporate actions and metadata.  FIBO is being developed as the next generation global financial data standard.  FIBO can be used to support macro-prudential and institutional risk management, regulatory compliance and reporting, risk analytics, as well as serve as a foundational set of semantic building blocks for enterprise data models and taxonomies.  It therefore provides a solid basis for strategic fulfillment of BCBS-239.  David is also responsible for the working group that is developing executable reference ontologies that demonstrate FIBO’s many advanced capabilities.  In addition, David is starting an initiative to position elements of FIBO to be available for semantic markup of financial content for internet sites through a collaboration with Google, Yahoo and Microsoft.  David is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on semantic technology as well as at regulatory and academic conferences on systemic financial risk.  At Wells Fargo, David focuses on emerging technologies and innovation initiatives and leads the Wells Fargo Semantic Technology Community of Interest.

Kelle O’Neal is the Founder and CEO of First San Francisco Partners, a premier business advisory and enterprise information management (EIM) consultancy dedicated to helping organizations apply data intelligence to gain a true competitive advantage.

A veteran leader and accomplished EIM advisor, she developed her ability to work through organizational complexity, build consensus and drive results in senior roles at companies including Siperian, GoldenGate Software, Siebel Systems and Oracle. She has also worked at the executive level in the US, Europe and Asia.

Kelle received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and she also holds a BA degree from Duke University.

As Vice President of Product Marketing, Ian Rowlands is responsible for the communication of ASG's metadata-management based solutions. He manages participates in product launch and delivery plans and creation and management of partner relationships. He was previously VP of Metadata Development and VP for Product Management. Before ASG, Rowlands was Director of Indirect Channels for Viasoft, a leading EAM vendor (acquired by ASG) owning relationships with partners outside North America. Rowlands has worked extensively in metadata management, IT systems and financial management, and presented at conferences worldwide, including DAMA and CMG. Rowlands has many years of experience in applications design and development, has managed ADABAS, IDMS, and DB2 databases and designed systems to run on a variety of hardware and operating systems. Originally from the U.K., Rowlands is a Chartered IT Professional and standing member of the British Computer Society.

Andrew Salesky leads Schwab’s Global Data function which focuses on driving increased competitive advantage through improved data management. 

Salesky was formerly head of Schwab’s branch network.  Prior roles included launching Schwab’s retail franchise business, leading Schwab’s online and mobile efforts, creating Schwab’s first fee-based advice offer, and developing the first revenue-sharing referral model for affiliated fee-based advisors. 

Prior to joining Schwab in 1995, Salesky was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co., Inc.  Salesky earned a BS/MS in Industrial Engineering at Stanford University and an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Joshua Satten leads business development and market strategy as a member of Sapient's West Coast Leadership team. He is a Financial Services professional who specializes in change management and growth of full life-cycle trading operations across OTC Derivatives and other products combining business architecture, leadership, and strategic planning skills. He focuses on globally balanced, sustainable growth across front/middle/back office, IBOR & OMS development, fund setup, product/data management and design, client on-boarding, reconciliations, security master, and audit/control. Prior to joining Sapient, Joshua worked with Northern Trust in successive responsibilities as Global Head of OTC Operations, Derivatives Practice Transformation Lead, and Strategic Enterprise Business Architect. relations & marketing, executive management, and supporting enterprise-level business reorganization. Joshua began his career with
Investment Bank’s JP Morgan Chase and Bear Stearns before leading operations management, business process improvement, controls management, system implementation, industry representation, fund setup, and regulatory support for Hedge Funds Blue Mountain Capital and Citadel.

Natalie Sendele is the data governance director at Artisan Partners. The data governance team is responsible for the evolution of enterprise data and establishing data quality standards for the firm. Ms. Sendele holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Marquette University.

As the founder of CPSI, CP has over 20 years of progressive and comprehensive experience in Investment Management, Financial Services, Automotive, Government, Entertainment, and Big 4 Consulting. Elena is a Banking industry professional with over 20 years of progressive international experience including 15 years across Capital Markets: Front Office, Risk Management, Business Management, Technology and Operations. Having solid Risk Management and Capital Markets products experience, Elena led a number of Regulatory Compliance data intensive initiatives. In previous roles Elena managed Counterparty Credit Risk measurement and reporting groups for Canadian and European Banks. Recently led the implementation of Master Data Management and Data Quality Solution. Elena facilitates Capital Markets Data Executive Committee in Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.  

Elena possesses Master degree in Statistics and Economics.

Mr. Sovine has more than twenty years of technology experience that has included retail software development, Internet startups, data warehousing and project management. During his time with Microsoft he obtained two patents with his fellow inventors in the data management space and built several solutions that improved Windows 7 stability. His current focus is managing project and data initiatives for Parametric where he is leading the master data management and stewardship programs. Mr. Sovine graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems.

Tim Swan is the Director of Data Quality Management in the Data Management Office of MUFG Union Bank, where he is actively engaged in driving enterprise data management strategy and leading a variety of initiatives focused on enhancing the value of data as an enterprise asset.  These efforts include work in data governance, quality management, master and reference data management, metadata management, data architecture, data operations, and business process improvement.  Prior to joining Union Bank, Mr. Swan spent over 20 years leading technology strategy and delivery for top  financial services firms including Blackrock and Barclays Global Investors.

Harsh Tiwari is the Senior Vice President and Chief Data Officer for CUNA Mutual Group in Madison,Wisconsin. His primary responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide data initiatives providing strategy and policy guidance for data acquisition, usage and management. He joined the company in July 2015.

Before joining CUNA Mutual group, Harsh spent many years working in information technology, analytics and data intelligence. He worked at Capital One Financial Group in Plano, Texas, for 17 years where he most recently focused on creating an effective data and business intelligence environment to manage risks across the company as the Head of Risk Management Data and Business Intelligence. He has also served as the Divisional CIO for Small Business Credit Card and Consumer Lending, Head of Portfolio and Delivery Management, Head of Auto Finance Data and Business Intelligence, Business Information Officer of Capital One Canada, and Analyst –Senior Manager of Small Business Data & System Analysis.

He brings significant and broad business knowledge, combining data mining, analytics and technology infrastructure with deep business understanding to drive actionable strategies. Having managed multi-functional, multi-cultural and multi-geographical teams, Harsh has a deep passion for diversified team management. He focuses on developing high potential performers into leaders, while leveraging their expertise to create sustained performance.

A native of India, Harsh earned a B.S. in Mechanical engineering from Mysore University in Mysore, Karnataka, India, and a M.B.A. in Finance / MIS Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In his spare time, Harsh enjoys golfing, and spending time with his wife, Rashimi, and their son who is 12 and a daughter who is 8.
